CURRENT MONTHLY HOUSING RATE: (effective November 1, 2009)

Monthly housing charges are based on TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME. Our Recertification Office determines what a member will be charged upon receipt of certain required information. The Basic Rate is the minimum charge and the Market Rate is the maximum charge. Each unit includes a Stove and Refrigerator. Heat, Water and Maintenance is also included.

MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE COSTS

The cost to purchase a membership (required to occupy a unit) in Hanover Grove varies and is based on:

  1. The current BOOK VALUE EQUITY level for the unit to be occupied
  2. The amount of AUTHORIZED IMPROVEMENTS in the unit (may be negotiable)
