Having a Party?

Rent the Banquet Hall or Lounge.

You MUST be a member of Hanover Grove Cooperative to rent the Lounge and/or Banquet Hall. And you MUST be in attendance for the full duration of the rental event. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Mondays: 5:00pm to 7:30 pm
Saturdays: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

The Hall Rental Office is located upstairs in the Community Building, to your right, next to the elevator.

Banquet Hall holds up to 100 people (fewer if you need a dance floor and room for a DJ and/or band).

Security Deposit: $75.00
Total Due: $300.00

Security Deposit returned if building is clean and in good condition when you leave and if no Rental Rules have been violated.

Rental Fee: $50.00
Security Deposit: $25.00
Total Due: $75.00

Security Deposit returned if building is clean and in good condition when you leave and if no Rental Rules have been violated.
